Horticulturist, entrepreneur & community builder
I build projects at the meeting point of land stewardship, creative culture, and practical technology. From native plant production to platforms that bring people together.

Each project has its own focus.
All share a commitment to useful, lasting work.
Native plants & ecological planting
A nursery supplying deep tree plugs and native plants for restoration, reforestation, rewilding, permaculture, and gardens. Planting work includes orchards, food forests, native landscapes, and erosion control.
Community discovery & connection
A network discovery layer and host for hybrid third spaces. Villager helps people find places, events, communities, and opportunities to connect, participate, and support what is happening around them.
Earth stewardship · Research initiative
An environmental research and technology platform exploring biodiversity, biomass, pollution remediation, sustainable agriculture, industrial processes, and power production through practical tools and honest research.
Art & participatory experiences
A creative collective bringing together art, public events, installations, and shared experiences. A space for artists, volunteers, mentors, and collaborators to build creative community.
Agriculture & regional networks
A growing network connecting farmers with land, markets, mentors, practical knowledge, technology, and collaborators. Designed to help new and established growers share resources and build opportunities together.
Adventure, culture & shared journeys
A travel and experience initiative centered on outdoor adventure, culture, community, and giving back. Connecting people through nature, art, music, farming, and shared exploration.
Handyman & property services
Practical help for homes and properties: handyman work, repairs, landscaping, cleanups, and ongoing maintenance in South Jersey and the Philadelphia area.
Business systems & continuity
An operating model for resilient, mission-protected businesses: documented processes, shared stewardship, and systems that help useful work continue beyond the founder.
Digital tools & practical education
Hands-on help with AI, digital systems, and practical business workflows for small businesses, farms, contractors, creators, and community organizations.
Art & independent creators
An art and creator marketplace bringing independent creative work into a shared storefront, with an emphasis on connecting artists, buyers, and a wider creative community.
Community action · Platform concept
The action layer connected to Villager: organizing people, skills, resources, and specific community needs into projects and shared outcomes. Discover, discuss, organize, act, measure, and celebrate.
Field documentation & workflow
A mobile field tool for recording property conditions, customer goals, measurements, access, hazards, and notes so forestry site visits can become clear estimates and actionable plans.
The person behind the projects
I’m Tyler Escobar. My background is in sustainable agriculture and agroecology, with a B.S. from Stockton University and hands-on experience in estate gardening, nursery production, orchards, vineyards, and land stewardship.
My work connects that practical foundation with art, community organizing, business, and digital tools. I’m interested in making places more alive and building systems that help good work continue.
